UK DELIVERY

FREE STANDARD DELIVERY (Within 2 WORKING DAYS)

We offer free standard delivery on most products to mainland UK addresses.

Standard delivery typically takes 0–2 working days from dispatch. In many cases, orders arrive the next working day; however, this is not guaranteed and depends on courier performance, delivery location, and order volume.

NEXT-DAY DELIVERY OPTION (£1.99)

If you need your order sooner, we offer an optional next-day delivery service for £1.99 on eligible products.

Next-day delivery is available on orders placed before 09:00am (Monday to Friday) and is subject to product eligibility, stock availability, and courier coverage.

DELIVERY TIMES

All delivery services offered by VORX LONDON are subject to a 09:00am order cut-off time (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed before 09:00am are usually dispatched the same working day
  • Orders placed after 09:00am are normally dispatched on the next working day

In some cases, orders placed after the cut-off time may still be dispatched the same day; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

WE’RE UK BASED

VORX LONDON operates from a single warehouse located in Manchester, United Kingdom.

All orders are processed and dispatched from this location.

WE DELIVER FAST

We deliver to mainland United Kingdom only and aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, or international destinations.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

For flats and apartment buildings, the courier will deliver to the ground-floor main entrance and cannot guarantee delivery via lifts or stairs.

You are responsible for ensuring suitable access at your property and for moving items to your preferred location once delivered.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are not currently taking orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom.

WHEN WILL INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING BE AVAILABLE?

We hope to offer international delivery in the future.
